Died three days after birth of child
From the front page of NW Arkansas Times, dated Oct. 12, 1943: "Funeral services for Tandy Marcellious WIER, 75, who died Monday night, will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in Brentwood church, with burial in Brentwood cemetery under the direction of Moores chapel.
Mr. WIER is survived by his wife, Sarah Ann WIER of Winslow; and three children, John T. WIER of Fayetteville; Everette WIER and Donna Mae BREWER, both of Winslow."
